The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 36" wide and is modular in design. It features two 33,000 BTU open burners and a 24" griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. The range is made of stainless steel and has a cast iron top and ring grates. It also includes a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf. The range has a total BTU of 102,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

The G36-2G24T restaurant gas range is perfect for kitchens that need both a griddle and a stove without taking up additional floor space. It has four 33,000 BTU open top burners and a 12" griddle. The range has a spacious 27" deep cooking surface and is made of stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion. The burners are protected by cast-iron top rings and grates, which help distribute heat evenly. The griddle has a 5/8" thick plate and manual high and low-temperature controls. The range also includes a 5" plate rail for easy plating.

The range has a 10" stainless steel low-profile back guard to protect the wall behind it. It also has a flame failure device for safety and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for ergonomic setup. The range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards for commercial use.
