The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" griddle and a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. It has a storage base and a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf. The range also features 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a BTU rating of 54,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of this range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, and stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom. It also has a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf.

Other standard features include a grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, open storage in lieu of an oven (optional), ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner, a snap action modulating oven thermostat, a nickel plated oven rack, and a removable oven rack guide.

The range also has a cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner, a cast iron "H" style griddle burner, a large porcelain oven interior, and a modular top with a stainless steel low profile backguard and adjustable metal legs.
