The range is equipped with ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a power of 38,000 BTU, and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set as low as 500°F. It also has stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom, two broiler rack settings, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless steel shelf.
The range comes with a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. It also has a powerful 32,000 BTU cast iron open top burner and a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control. The raised griddle/broiler section has three cast iron burners, each rated at 11,000 BTU, with one manual hi/lo valve per burner.
The oven of the range has a porcelain ribbed bottom and door, and the top, sides, and back are made of aluminized steel. The oven can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.
