The broiler is a generic version with dimensions of 48" W x 38-1/16" D x 18-1/16" H. It has 9 cast iron burners with individual cast iron radiants and cast iron grates. The broiler has spark ignition and a front rail with removable 1/3 size food pan cut-outs. It also has large capacity removable drip pans/water pans, a power switch, and a stainless steel exterior. The broiler has a 130,500 BTU output and comes with a 9 ft cord & NEMA 5-15P plug. It is NSF and CSA certified. Standard features include a 3/4" gas regulator, large capacity removable grease trays, a 9 ft cord & NEMA 5-15P plug for 120V models, cast iron energy efficient burners with individual cast iron radiants, a combination wire broiler rack cleaning brush and scraper, stainless steel construction with a front rail for 1/3 size food pans, heavy duty removable cast iron grates, and individually controlled burners with a two position hi-lo valve. The broiler also has a complete system on/off power switch(s) for main gas burner ignition and shut down. Optional features include a 220-240V model without cord & plug, a 2 1/8" stub solid front rail instead of a 1/3 front rail, a fajita pan rack holder instead of two broiler rack sections, and stainless steel stands with or without casters. The broiler may need to be silicone sealed onto non-combustible surfaces to meet NSF agency approvals.
