The Charbroiler is a heavy-duty, countertop gas appliance with a width of 24" and non-adjustable cast iron grates. It features a 21-3/16" deep broiling grid and one variable hi/lo valve per burner. The manual controls and crumb tray make it easy to use and clean. The broiler racks are reversible and made of cast iron in 3" wide sections. The appliance is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, back, and 3-1/2" front rail. It has 4" adjustable legs and a 72,000 BTU capacity. It is CSA and NSF certified.

Optional features include a stainless steel spatter-guard, broiler grate cleaning tool, stainless stand with solid top and holding shelves, and adjustable feet or casters.
