The Charbroiler is a heavy-duty, countertop gas appliance that measures 60" in width. It features adjustable cast iron grates and a 21-3/16" deep broiling grid. Each burner has a variable hi/lo valve and manual controls. The appliance also includes a crumb tray and reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" wide sections. It is made with stainless steel on the front, sides, back, and 3-1/2" front rail. The appliance has 4" adjustable legs and operates at 180,000 BTU. It is NSF and CSA certified.

It also includes one cast iron radiant over a stainless steel tube burner for every 6" of broiler width, a 3/4" NPT gas regulator on models from 24" to 60" wide, and a 1" NPT gas regulator for the GTBG72-NR72 model. Optional features include a stainless steel spatter-guard, a broiler grate cleaning tool, a stainless steel stand with a solid top and holding shelves, a stainless steel stand with a solid top and casters, a removable wire holding shelf for spatter guards, a set of reversible cast iron broiler racks with brand marks, a stainless steel skirt for dais/counter surface mounting, a fajita broiling grate, and a removable stainless steel attachment condiment rail.
The Garland gas radiant broilers are available in five widths ranging from 24" to 60", with the GTBG72-NR72 model measuring 72" in width. They have a height of 13" and a depth of 32". The broilers feature reversible cast iron grates in 3" wide sections and a cooking area depth of 21-1/2". Each 6" of broiler width is equipped with one 18,000 BTU burner with individual valve control. The broilers also include a
