The G Series Salamander Broiler is a gas broiler that is designed to be mounted on a 60" Restaurant Range. It comes with a 59" flue riser with a 24" high shelf, and the broiler is standard on the left side. The broiler features two 20,000 BTU infrared burners with Hi-Lo valve controls each. It also has a three-position spring-balanced rack assembly and a removable grease pan. The broiler is made of stainless steel and has heat shields on the top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom. It has a gas pressure regulator and a large capacity removable grease pan. The broiler comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty and is NSF certified. Optional features include a stainless steel back, a rear gas inlet, interconnecting gas piping for range-mount models, a wall-mounting kit, and a stainless steel main bottom with a heat shield. The broiler is available to fit all Garland G Series ranges from 36"-60" wide, with the standard placement on the left side and the option for the right side on 60" ranges. The broiler is certified to Canadian and US standards and is listed by NSF.
