The Master Series Salamander Broiler is a gas countertop appliance that measures 34" wide. It features two 20,000 BTU infrared burners with Hi-Lo valve controls. The broiler also includes a removable grease pan, pilot valve, and a fixed position roll-in/roll out broiling rack with flat or tilt positions. The front, sides, and top of the broiler are made of stainless steel, and it comes with 4" legs. The broiler has a total BTU of 40,000 and is equipped with Sentry flame failure protection. It has a large capacity removable grease pan and a 1/2" NPT top gas inlet. Optional features include a stainless steel main back, interconnecting gas piping for range mount, brackets for wall mounting, and a stainless steel bottom. The broiler is 34" wide, 18" deep, and 35-1/2" high with the backguard. The broiler housing alone is 16-1/4" high. It has a total BTU of 40,000 and can be used with natural or propane gas.
