The G Series Salamander Broiler is a gas-powered appliance designed to be used with a 48" Restaurant Range. It features a center-mounted design with a 47-1/4" W flue riser. The broiler is equipped with two 20,000 BTU infrared burners, each with Hi-Lo valve controls. It also includes a three-position spring-balanced rack assembly and a removable grease pan. The broiler is made of stainless steel and has heat shields for added safety. It has a total BTU rating of 40,000 and is NSF certified. Optional features include a stainless steel back, rear gas inlet, interconnecting gas piping, wall-mounting kit, and stainless steel main bottom. The broiler is available in various sizes to fit Garland G Series ranges from 36" to 60" wide. It is certified to Canadian and US standards.
