The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features four open burners with a BTU rating of 26,000 each and electric pilot ignition. Additionally, it has a 12-inch griddle with a 5/8-inch thick smooth steel plate. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack and three position rack guides.

The front, sides, plate rail, and 10-inch low profile back guard of the range are made of stainless steel. It has 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability. The range has a total BTU rating of 160,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, flame failure protection for all burners, and a large work top surface. It also has a stainless steel low profile back guard and stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom.

The range is equipped with spark ignition on all concealed burners, while the open top burners require manual ignition. It also has a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough, a strong keep-cool oven door handle, and ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates.

The oven of the range features a cast iron "H" style burner with a BTU rating of 38,000 and a snap action modulating oven thermostat. It has a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The range also has a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.

The burners of the range have electric spark ignition and require a single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz power supply. The griddle plate is 5/8-inch thick and has a manual hi/lo valve control. The range also offers the option to have a convection oven instead of the standard oven.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless shelf. It can also be equipped with 6-inch leveling swivel casters, a snap action modulating griddle control, range mount salamanders, stainless steel stands, and a hot top plate in lieu of open burners.
