The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" size. It features six open burners with a BTU rating of 33,000 each. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack and three position rack guides. 

The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, as well as the plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 236,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

The range comes with standard features such as a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, and a 5" plate rail. It also has a large work top surface, stamped drip trays, and a removable stainless steel shelf on the backguard.

Additional standard features include a grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, and open storage in lieu of the oven. The range also has ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner, and a snap action modulating oven thermostat.

Other features include a nickel plated oven rack, a removable oven rack guide, a cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner, and a cast iron "H" style griddle burner. The oven has a large porcelain interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, and piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots. There is also an option for a convection oven with nickel plated oven racks and removable rack guides.

The range can be equipped with levelling swivel casters, a snap action modulating griddle control, a low profile backguard, and range mount salamanders and cheesemelters. There is also an option for a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.

The specifications of the range include a large capacity oven, a 35 7/16" wide work top surface, and stainless steel construction. The range stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet and has six Starfire-Pro open burners. The oven has a porcelain interior and a heavy duty door handle. The oven is controlled by a snap action modulating oven thermostat.
