The GF Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" modular design. It features a griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. The range has a manual hi/lo valve control and flame failure protection for all burners. The front, sides, and plate rail are made of stainless steel, and it has a low profile back guard. The range stands on 4" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a BTU rating of 54,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of this range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, a stainless steel low profile back guard, and stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms. It also has spark ignition on all concealed burners, except for the open top burners which require manual ignition.

The applicable models of this range come with a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a strong keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000, and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set as low as 500° F. It also includes a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The open top burners have a BTU rating of 26,000, and the cast iron "H" style griddle burner has a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of the griddle. The oven interior is large and made of porcelain, allowing for standard sheet pans to fit in both directions.

The range comes with electric spark ignition on all burners, requiring either single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz power supply. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick steel and comes with a manual hi/lo valve control. It has a working depth surface of 23" and is standard on the right side, but can be optional on the left side.

Optional features for this range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless shelf, 6" leveling swivel casters with front locking, and a snap action
