The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features six 26,000 BTU open burners with electric pilot ignition and cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack and three position rack guides.
The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard are made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 194,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, flame failure protection for all burners, and a large work top surface. It also has a stainless steel low profile back guard, stamped drip trays, and spark ignition on all concealed burners.
Additional standard features include a grease trough, keep-cool oven door handle, split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner, and a modulating oven thermostat. The range also has a nickel plated oven rack and removable oven rack guide.
Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, a stainless steel backguard with removable shelf, and leveling swivel casters. Other options include a modulating griddle control, range mount salamanders, stainless steel stands, and a hot top plate.
The range is 35 7/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail. The legs are 6" with adjustable feet. The range features six Starfire-Pro open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. It also has a one piece oven with a porcelain interior and a heavy duty "keep cool" door handle.
The oven is controlled by a snap action modulating oven thermostat and has a heavy cast iron "H" style burner. The range is available with a convection oven or as a modular top. Convection ovens come with a 115V, 60 Hz, 1 phase motor and a 6' cord and plug. For altitudes over 2000 ft, please specify when ordering.
