The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" modular design. It features a griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. The front, sides, plate rail, and 2-piece back guard and shelf are made of stainless steel. It has a 54,000 BTU output and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of this range include a gas regulator, stainless steel front and sides, large easy-to-use control knobs, adjustable stainless steel legs, a 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, stamped drip trays with dimpled bottom, a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, and open storage in lieu of an oven.

Other standard features include ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a 38,000 Btuh output, a snap action modulating oven thermostat, a nickel plated oven rack and removable rack guide, a 2-piece cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner with a 33,000 Btuh output, a cast iron "H" style griddle burner with an 18,000 Btuh output per 12" width of the griddle, a large porcelain oven interior that fits standard sheet pans, and a modular top with a stainless steel low profile backguard and adjustable metal legs.

The range also has a 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control, a 23" working depth surface, and is standard on the right side but optional on the left. It can be equipped with a convection oven with nickel plated oven racks and removable rack guides instead of the standard oven. Optional features include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, a 240v convection oven motor, 6" leveling swivel casters, a snap action modulating griddle control, a low profile backguard, and range mount salamanders and cheesemelters.
