The GF Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width and modular design. It features six 26,000 BTU open burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also has flame failure protection on all burners for safety. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard are made of stainless steel. The range stands on 4" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 156,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, a large 27" work top surface, a stainless steel low profile back guard, 12" section stamped drip trays with dimpled bottom, and spark ignition on all concealed burners (open top burners require manual ignition).
Additional standard features on applicable models include a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a strong keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a 38,000 BTU cast iron "H" style oven burner, a snap action modulating oven thermostat with a range up to 500°F, a nickel plated oven rack and 3-position removable oven rack guide, a 26,000 BTU 2 piece cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner, an 18,000 BTU cast iron "H" style griddle burner per 12" width of griddle, a large porcelain oven interior that fits standard sheet pans in both directions, and electric spark ignition on all burners (GFE models require single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz).
