The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features a griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate and a standard oven with 3 position rack guides and an oven rack. The range also includes a storage base and is made with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.
The range has a total BTU of 128,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF. It comes with a gas regulator and large easy-to-use control knobs. The range also has a large 27" work top surface and 12" section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom.
Standard features on applicable models include an open storage base instead of an oven, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a strong keep-cool oven door handle, and ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates. The range also has a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000 and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can go as low as 500°F. It comes with a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide.
The range also has a 2-piece cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner with a BTU rating of 33,000 and a cast iron "H" style griddle burner with a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of the griddle. The oven interior is large and made of porcelain, fitting standard sheet pans in both directions.
The range comes with a 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a manual hi/lo valve control. It has a working depth surface of 23" and is standard on the right side, but optional on the left. It also has the option for a convection oven with nickel plated oven racks and removable rack guides.
