The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features two 33,000 BTU open burners and a 24" griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack and three position rack guides.
The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and it has a stainless steel plate rail, back guard, and shelf. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 140,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, and a large work top surface. It also has stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom, a removable stainless steel shelf on the backguard, and a grease trough.
Other standard features include a keep-cool oven door handle, open storage in lieu of the oven, split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron oven burner, a modulating oven thermostat, and a porcelain oven interior. The range also has a modular top option with a low profile backguard and adjustable metal legs.
Optional features include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, a convection oven motor, levelling swivel casters, a modulating griddle control, a low profile backguard, and range mount salamanders and cheesemelters.
The range is 35 7/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail. The legs are 6" with adjustable feet. The range has six Starfire-Pro open burners and a griddle or optional hot-top. The oven has a porcelain interior and a heavy-duty door handle. The oven is controlled by a snap action modulating thermostat.
The range is available with a convection oven, storage base, or modular top model instead of the standard oven. Ranges with casters must be installed with a restraining device.
