Additionally, this 12kW commercial range comes with a 3" high vent riser to block splatter and heat from reaching the surfaces behind the unit. It is equipped with 6" chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors. This model meets cCSAus and NSF standards. Standard features of this range include a stainless steel front rail and sides, a heat-resistant oven door handle, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. The oven is controlled by an electro-mechanical thermostat and comes with chrome-plated rack guides and an oven rack. The range also includes 36" all-purpose plate top controlled by two thermostats. The full-size oven is controlled by a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat and includes removable chrome-plated rack guides and one oven rack.
