This heavy-duty commercial electric range features two 18" boil plates on the top and a standard oven on the base. Each boil plate has two sections that can be individually controlled using a three-heat switch, allowing for maximum cooking surface utilization. The oven is equipped with a dedicated heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat, making it easy to set the ideal cooking environment. The unit is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, and front rail, ensuring resistance to rust and stains and making it easy to clean.

The oven interior measures 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep, providing ample space for baking. The chrome-plated rack can be adjusted to four different heights, allowing for flexible baking options. The oven door remains cool to the touch even during operation, ensuring safety.

To protect the surfaces behind the unit from heat and splatter, the range is equipped with a 3" high vent riser. The unit is mounted on 6" chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to adapt to uneven surfaces and achieve an ergonomic working height. This model has passed cCSAus and NSF guidelines, ensuring its quality and safety standards.

In addition to the standard features, optional features include an extra oven rack, high voltage 460V, stainless steel main back (R&S models), adjustable stainless steel legs, and a set of polyurethane swivel casters with front brakes. For marine applications, the range can be equipped with hand rails, an oven door latch, a drip tray stop, and deck fasteners. It is important to note that ranges supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.

This heavy-duty electric range, Model 36ER35, with a boiling plate top, is designed for commercial applications. It is made of stainless steel and features four heat zones controlled by three-heat switches. The full-size oven is controlled by a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat and comes with a removable four-position chrome-plated rack guide and one oven rack. The range is equipped with stainless steel front and sides, and circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. It can be supplied with casters or for dais mount.
