This heavy-duty commercial electric range operates at 12 kilowatts and is equipped with two 18" boil plates. Each boil plate has two sections that are independently controlled by a three-heat switch. The range also includes a standard oven as its base. The boil plates and oven provide the flexibility to cook multiple recipes simultaneously. The base of the range serves as a storage cabinet for easy access to cooking essentials. The front, sides, and front rail of the unit are all made of stainless steel, ensuring durability, resistance, and easy cleaning.

To ensure safety, the range features a 3" high vent riser that acts as a barrier between the heat and the surfaces behind the unit. The range is supported by 6" chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven surfaces. This model meets cCSAus and NSF standards for commercial use.

Standard features of this range include a stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, a 3" high stainless steel vent riser, a heat-resistant oven door handle, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, an electro-mechanical heavy-duty oven thermostat, 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs, chrome-plated removable rack guides with an oven rack, and two 18" boiling plates with two sections each, controlled by three-heat switches.

Optional features include an extra oven rack, high voltage 460V, stainless steel main back (R&S models), 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, and a set of four polyurethane swivel casters with front brakes. For marine applications, the range can be equipped with hand rails, an oven door latch, a drip tray stop, and deck fasteners. Ranges supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.

The specifications of this heavy-duty electric range, Model 36ER35, include a boiling plate top with two 18" x 24" boiling plates, each with four heat zones controlled by three-heat switches. The full-size oven is controlled by a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat and has a 13.5" high x 26.25" wide x 29" deep interior. The oven includes removable four-position chrome-plated rack guides and one oven rack, as well as front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. The range is constructed with stainless steel front and sides and is protected by circuit breakers or fuses. It is available with casters or for dais mount.
