It features two all-purpose sections on the top and a standard oven at the base, allowing you to cook different recipes in a single footprint. The cooktop comes with thermostatic controls for precise temperature settings. The high-raised side lips on both sides of the cooktop keep items within the cooking surface.
The oven is equipped with a heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat for easy temperature adjustment. The interior of the oven is spacious, measuring 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep. It comes with a chrome-plated rack that can be moved to four different positions, allowing you to maximize the oven space. The oven door is heat-resistant and remains cool to the touch during baking, ensuring safe use.
This commercial range has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail, providing excellent durability. It also comes with a 3" high vent riser. The unit meets all cCSAus and NSF standards.
