The Curved Drop-In Hot Food Well is an electric unit that can accommodate three 12" x 20" pans. It features individual infinite temperature control for each well and has an 18-gauge stainless steel top. The exterior body is made of galvanized steel and it has a non-marring press fit top gasket. The unit also includes a 1/2" stainless steel drain and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified. It has a power output of 3000/4000 watts. The hot food well can be used for wet and dry operations and has a galvanized exterior body. It needs to be hardwired in the field and comes with a non-marring press fit top gasket. It also includes a standard 1/2" stainless steel drain. The top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel and the unit comes with a one-year parts and 90-day labor warranty. The wells are slightly depressed into the top to hold in condensation. The individual 12" x 20" wells are flush mounted and made of 20-gauge steel. The 11.87" x 19.87" single hot food wells are manifolded together to one main gate valve. The unit is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and has 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation on the bottom. The individual infinite temperature controls are wired to one main control panel with 4' of conduit and wire. The control panel needs to be installed at the desired location. Optional accessories for the unit include adapter plates and bars, the omission of drains and manifold, an energy-saving power well (ESP), a 220 volt, 50 cycle electrical system, and Flexishield food shields for single or dual service. Including certain options may alter the electrical specifications of the unit. The specifications of the unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with die-stamped 19.87" x 11.87" openings. Each well is 6.25" deep and has an individual temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom. The wells also have a 0.5" female N.P.T. drain located in the right rear corner. All drains are manifolded to a 0.5" gate valve on the left. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel. The unit is insulated on the sides and between wells with
