The Specification Line® Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a capacity of 50.0 cubic feet. It features eight half-height hinged solid doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet includes six adjustable chrome wire shelves for flexible storage options. The temperature display and control are conveniently located on a 4.3" easyTouch® screen, which also allows for remote monitoring. The interior is illuminated with incandescent lighting. The exterior front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" locking casters for easy mobility. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a current of 10.5 amps and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. The cabinet is NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
