The Specification Line® Pass Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a capacity of 23.0 cubic feet. It features two full-height hinged glass doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet includes three adjustable chrome wire shelves for flexible storage options. The temperature display and control are conveniently located on a 4.3" easyTouch® screen, which can also be monitored remotely. The interior is illuminated with incandescent lighting for easy visibility. The exterior front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" locking casters for easy mobility. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a 6.0 amp requirement and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. This holding cabinet is NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® certified. Additional holding cabinets and food holding and warming equipment are also available.
