The Specification Line® Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a capacity of 50.0 cubic feet. It features four full-height hinged solid doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet includes six adjustable chrome wire shelves for flexible storage options. The temperature display and control are conveniently located on a 4.3" easyTouch® screen, which can also be remotely monitored. The interior is illuminated with incandescent lighting for easy visibility. The exterior front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" locking casters for mobility. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a current of 10.5 amps and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. This cabinet is NSF and cULus certified, and there are other holding cabinets and food holding and warming equipment available.
