The Specification Line® Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a capacity of 23.0 cubic feet. It features two full-height hinged solid doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet includes three adjustable chrome wire shelves for flexible storage options. The temperature display and control are conveniently located on a 4.3" easyTouch® screen, which can also be remotely monitored. The interior is illuminated with incandescent lighting for easy visibility. The exterior front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" locking casters for mobility. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a current of 6.0 amps and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug.
