The Specification Line® Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a capacity of 50.0 cubic feet. It features eight half-height hinged glass doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet also includes six adjustable chrome wire shelves for flexible storage options. The temperature display and control are conveniently located on a 4.3" easyTouch® screen, which can be remotely monitored. The interior of the cabinet is illuminated with incandescent lighting for easy visibility. The exterior front, sides, and interior of the cabinet are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" locking casters for mobility and stability. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a current of 10.5 amps and requires a NEMA 6-20P plug. The cabinet is NSF and cULus certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
