The LiquiTec® Refrigerated Prep Table is a two-section unit with a width of 72 inches and a capacity of 16.52 cubic feet. It can hold up to three 12"x20" pans and comes with two shelves. The table has two 27" doors and features an 18 gauge stainless steel top with a LiquiTec® refrigerated pan rail. It also includes a 20" cutting board and stainless steel ends. The table is equipped with 6" casters and a side-mounted refrigeration system that uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit has a 1/3 and 1/5 HP motor and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
