The LiquiTec® Commercial Pizza Prep Table is a single-section table with a width of 48". It has a capacity of holding (4) 12" x 20" pans and features (1) door and (1) 1/1 GN shelf. The table also includes stainless steel removable hinged covers, a 17" polyurethane cutting board, and flush mount LiquiTec® raised rails. It has an on/off switch and is made of 18 gauge stainless steel construction. The table is equipped with 4" casters for easy mobility and has a self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/5 & 1/3 HP motor. The table is cUL, UL, and NSF certified. There are also other refrigerated prep tables and commercial refrigerators & freezers available.
