The LiquiTec® Refrigerated Prep Table is a single-section unit with a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 9.36 cubic feet. It can hold two 12"x20" pans and has one shelf and one 27" door. The top is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and features a LiquiTec® refrigerated pan rail. It also includes a 20" cutting board and stainless steel ends. The table is equipped with 6" casters and a side-mounted refrigeration system. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 HP motor. It is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
