The LiquiTec® Refrigerated Prep Table is a three-section unit that measures 99" in width and has a capacity of 25.07 cubic feet. It can hold up to four 12"x20" pans and comes with three shelves and three 27" doors. The top is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and features a LiquiTec® refrigerated pan rail. It also includes a 20" cutting board and stainless steel ends. The table is equipped with 6" casters for easy mobility and has a side-mounted refrigeration system. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 & 1/5 HP motor. The unit is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
