The assembly includes a gas-powered cabinet with one 6-gallon and one 10-gallon tilting kettle. The kettles have a 2/3 jacket and are mounted on a 42" cabinet base. The assembly features electronic ignition, automatic boiler blow down, a double pantry fill faucet, and a 3" deep stainless steel sink. It also includes a CSD-1 package, a water treatment system, a split water line, a safety relief valve, a 316 stainless steel liner, and a 304 stainless steel exterior finish for the Direct Steam Kettle. The assembly is supported by 6" stainless steel legs and adjustable flanged feet. It is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified.
