The assembly includes a factory-installed steam control kit, a lift-off cover, a double pantry faucet, a sink, a drain, and a splash guard. The standard height cabinet features a low water safety cut-off, a stainless steel base frame, and tilt handles that can be mounted on the right side. The kettles are made of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 exterior finish and have a 2/3 steam jacketed design. They also include lift-off covers and splash guards. The kettles have a 50 psi steam jacket rating, 50 psi chrome plated safety valves, and manual tilting capabilities. The assembly also includes a solid state electronic spark ignition for energy savings, pressure limit controls with a 15 psi safety valve, and solid state steam generator water level controls. The unit has a separate "Start/Reset" illuminated switch controls, a pressure gauge, and major components that are serviceable from the front. It is supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The exterior enclosure and table top are made of type 430 stainless steel and feature a drain trough with a 1.50" diameter male drain. The steam generator empties under pressure automatically upon each shut-down and has an automatic water refill on start-up. The assembly is factory assembled and includes a NickleGard base combination with two 10-gallon kettles and a 300M BTU gas-fired steam generator. Optional accessories include food strainers, a power take-off kit, a descaling pump kit for the boiler, and a type 316 stainless steel kettle interior for high acid food products.
