The Kettle Cabinet Assembly features a Commercial Gas Kettle with electronic ignition. It includes three 20 quart kettles with a hand tilt mechanism and support arm. The kettles have a 2/3 jacket and are mounted on a 54" stainless steel cabinet with removable doors. The cabinet also has a 5" wide drain trough. The assembly includes a swing faucet and steam trap. It is constructed with stainless steel and has a heating capacity of 200,000 BTU/hr. The product is UL and NSF certified.
