The Kettle Cabinet Assembly features a Commercial Gas Kettle with electronic ignition. It includes two 20 quart kettles with a hand tilt mechanism and support arm. The kettles have a 2/3 jacket and are mounted on a 36" stainless steel cabinet with removable doors. The cabinet also has a 5" wide drain trough. The assembly includes a swing faucet and steam trap. It is suitable for elevations up to 2000' and has a stainless steel construction. The assembly has a heating capacity of 200,000 BTU/hr and is UL and NSF certified.
