This gas-powered Convection Steamer/Kettle features two compartments, one with a 6-gallon kettle and the other with a 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and comes with removable stainless steel pan supports. It has electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The deck mount faucet valve has a swing nozzle and an integral sink. The steamer/kettle is compliant with CSD-1 code and includes a water filter system, split water line, automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector. It has a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel construction. The steamer/kettle stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
