This gas-powered convection steamer/kettle has two compartments, with each compartment having a 6-gallon kettle and the capacity to hold 5 pans measuring 12" x 20". The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 44" cabinet base and features electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also includes a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The steamer/kettle is compliant with the CSD-1 code and comes with a water filter system, split water line, and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. The exterior is made of 304 stainless steel and it stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
