This gas-powered convection steamer/kettle has two compartments, with each compartment able to hold one 10-gallon kettle or five 12" x 20" pans. It comes with a 48" cabinet base, electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The deck mount faucet valve has a swing nozzle and integral sink. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and includes a water filter system, split water line, and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. The exterior is made of 304 stainless steel and it has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
