This gas-powered convection steamer/kettle has two compartments, each with a capacity of two 6-gallon kettles. Each compartment can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer/kettle comes with a 60" cabinet base and removable stainless steel pan supports. It features electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The deck mount faucet valve has a swing nozzle and integral sink. The steamer/kettle is compliant with CSD-1 code and includes a water filter system, split water line, automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector. It has a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction. The steamer/kettle stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
