This is an electric convection steamer with two compartments. Each compartment has a capacity of three 12" x 20" pans. The steamer comes with a 36" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer per compartment. It also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. The steamer is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
