This electric convection steamer features two compartments, each with a capacity of holding five 12" x 20" pans. It comes with a 24" cabinet base and an automatic blowdown system. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer and removable pan supports and drip trough. The steamer also includes a CSD-1 code package and a water filter system. It has a 316 stainless steel interior and a 304 stainless steel exterior. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
