This electric convection steamer has two compartments, each with a capacity of eight 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It comes with a 36" cabinet base, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The steamer also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
