This electric convection steamer features two compartments, each with a capacity of three 12" x 20" pans. It has a 24" cabinet base and an automatic blowdown system. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The steamer also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
