The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 150 gallons. It features a 2/3 jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, a hinged flat split stainless steel cover, a 316 stainless steel interior liner, and a 304 stainless steel exterior finish. It is equipped with four stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet. The kettle is NSF certified.
