The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 40 gallons. It features a full jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, a spring-assisted stainless steel cover, and a faucet bracket. It has a 316 stainless steel interior liner and is constructed with 304 stainless steel. The kettle comes with a pedestal and is NSF certified.
