The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 30 gallons. It has a 2/3 jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, hinged cover, and faucet bracket. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior finish is made of 304 stainless steel. It also comes with three stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet. The kettle is NSF certified.
