The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 100 gallons. It features a 2/3 jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, faucet bracket, and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. The construction is made of 304 stainless steel and it comes with a spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover and a pedestal. The kettle is NSF certified.
