The Commercial Stationary Kettle has a capacity of 60 gallons and operates with direct steam. It features a 2/3 jacket, a 2" draw-off, and a perforated strainer (TPS-2). The kettle also includes a steam control valve, a steam trap, a swing drain, and a deck mounted fill faucet (DMF). It has a pan support and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. The kettle is supported by a stainless steel cabinet base and 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The one-piece stainless steel spring-assisted cover ensures easy access. The kettle is cCSAus and NSF certified.
