The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 20 gallons. It features a full jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, a spring-assisted hinged cover, and a faucet bracket. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The kettle is supported by three stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is NSF certified.
