Electric countertop kettle/mixer with a 20-gallon capacity and a 2/3 steam jacket. It features a variable speed and tilt type design, with a support console on the right. The construction is made of stainless steel.
Standard features include a large pouring lip, no water gauge required, mixer stop when the bridge is lifted, a double pantry faucet, a 3/4 horsepower D.C. timing belt, gallon markings on the scraper shaft, a solid state low water safety control, a safety device to prevent high-speed starts, level adjustable feet, and stainless steel construction.
The kettle operates on standard 120/208-240 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire. It has various approvals including UL, CSA, CE, NSF, and ASME. The agitator and scraper are bayonet mounted for easy removal, and there is a 50 psi safety valve mounted under the kettle to avoid tampering.
Other features include a solid state temperature control for perfect simmering, a totally enclosed and balanced stainless steel mixer bridge, removable nylon blades for easy cleaning, a steam jacket filled with treated water that does not require venting or refilling, and infinitely variable speed for the scraper and agitator.
There is also a rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge and pressure relief valve protected by a stainless steel bracket.
Optional accessories include covers, a flow diverter, a food strainer, high wattages and special voltages, a water meter, a type 316 stainless steel interior for high acid food products, and a kettle accessory kit that includes a ladle, draw-off brush, clean-up brush, kettle whip, kettle brush, and kettle paddle.
